Our annual Sports Day will take place tomorrow, Wednesday, 24th June .
Parents are invited to join us from 11.30a.m. Children will break for lunch 1.00-1.30pm.
Children bring a lunch as usual, an extra drink might be a good idea. As Sports Day is a very special day at Kilruane N.S. treats are allowed !
Again this year all children from Junior Infants to 6th will be on a team. Each team will have a colour – blue team, red team , white team, green team. Your child will be told their colour at school and we ask, if possible that your child wears some item of that colour on the day, e.g. a child on the blue team might wear a blue t-shirt or blue shorts or blue socks etc.
Please use your own judgement in relation to the weather. Apply sunscreen that morning if necessary and your child may need a sunhat.
All home times remain the same. Infants 2p.m., everyone else 3p.m.
