School Closure
The school will close on Tuesday 22nd December at 12:30pm for our Christmas break. The school bus will run as normal. We will re-open on Wednesday 6th January. As it is a very special day, children can bring a treat in their lunchboxes and Christmas jumpers, hats, scarves etc. are optional for all! We would like to take this opportunity to wish you all a very happy and peaceful Christmas from everybody here at the school!

Christmas Concerts
A very sincere thank you for your overwhelming support during our Christmas concert week. We are so proud of how well the children performed and we thank them for their enthusiasm and hard work over the past while. What a talented group of children we have here at Kilruane National School! We would like to say a big thank you to everybody who helped in any way over the past week. Your continued support and dedication is very much appreciated. We wish Ms.Lawlor’s class the very best of luck this evening, for the final performance of Christmas 2015!

Bag-packing
Thank you to parents, members of our Parents Council and Board of Management who gave so generously of their time to bag pack for the school in Dunnes Stores recently. We made a grand total of €1,170. This money has gone directly into our School Development Fund.

Christmas Gifts
Just a reminder! Christmas is an expensive time for you all. Please do not purchase gifts for school staff.
