Dear Parents,

Thank you so much for the overwhelming response, expressing your interests in after-school activities in our school.

Huge interest was expressed in Yoga, French and Tennis, as well as other after-school activities including arts & crafts, soccer, rugby and many more. All interests have been noted and the school and Parents Council will look into arranging more after-school activities in the future.

As you know, Yoga and Speech and Drama are up and running since September and French lessons have begun since after the Halloween holidays and all children are really enjoying the experience of listening to and speaking French! In addition, The After School Athletics Club have completed the training sessions for this year.

In response to the feedback received, the school together with the Parents Council are currently looking into running after-school tennis lesson during the last school term and will come back to you with more details nearer the time.

Also thanks to all of you that have donated toys to the school to help out with the Junior School Aistear Curriculum, please keep the toys coming!

The school has received some books to help start our school library, but we needs lots more, so please have a look around at home and send in all those books that could help get our library up and running!
