GAA Tablequiz
Well done to the two teams who recently represented our school at the Tipperary GAA Table Quiz North Final in Cloughjordan.
Team 1. Paul Dwyer, Fionnán Hurley (Captain), Aoife Peters, Aaron Morgan
Team 2. Aoife McCarthy,Rory Grace, Paul O’Neill (Captain), Eoin O’Meara.
Unfortunately , despite putting in a lot of preparation for the event and a fine performance on the night, we didn’t make it through to the County final this year.
Primary School Handball
Congratulations to Rory Grace who recently qualified to represent our school on the Tipperary Primary Schools Handball team. The team beat Clare in the Munster semi-final on 7th December but unfortunately lost out to Cork in the final later that day. Well done Rory.
Christmas Gifts
Just a reminder! Christmas is an expensive time for you all. Please do not purchase Christmas gifts for teachers/staff. Thank you!
School Closure
The school will close at 12.30 on Friday, 19th December for our Christmas break. The children can bring a treat in their lunchboxes as it is a special day! The bus will run as usual. The school will re-open on Monday 5th January. Have a lovely Christmas everyone.
