Enrolment for September 2016
If your child is starting school this September please call to the office to collect an enrolment form if you have not already received one from Mary. Alternatively, please ring the office and we can post one out to you. If you have extended family/friends who may be considering Kilruane NS for their child’s education, please remind them to contact the school office at 067/34366 as soon as possible.

Parent Teacher Meeting
Parent Teacher Meetings will be held the week before the Mid-term break on the evenings of Tuesday 9th and Thursday 11th February. Your child’s class teacher will be in touch with time/date.

Irish Dancing
Irish Dancing classes with Claire Nealon began after Christmas. The classes will run for five weeks. We ask for a contribution of €5 per child to go towards the cost of the classes. Money can be paid to your child’s class teacher, from today.
Clan Cluana
Clan Cluana Theatre Company will pay their annual visit to the school on Friday 29th January. This year’s production will be “Deirdre of the Sorrows”. The Company always put on a fantastic show and it is thoroughly enjoyed by all the children. We look forward to another memorable performance.

Board of Management
Our new Board of Management took up duty at the beginning of December. We would like to take this opportunity to welcome the new board members, Karen Whelan and Joe Correia and also to thank outgoing board members, Pat Quinlan and Jody Hurley for their dedicated service to our school over the years.

Sacrament Classes
Please note the following dates and times :
First Holy Communion – Saturday May 14th at 12 noon
Confirmation – Sunday April 17th at 11am.
